4 or more years of related work experience preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
4 or more years of related cooking experience preferred
strong knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
ability to follow complex recipes
experience in team leadership and training
good communication skills
passion for customer service
adaptability in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
follow complex recipes and product directions
produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques
oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
ensure punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
perform additional duties as assigned based on business and client requirements
