Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- follow complex recipes and product directions
- produce small to large batch goods using advanced cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques
- oversee production staff and train and assign tasks
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
