Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work weekday morning shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to follow complex recipes and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- May have oversight over the production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
