Job Duties

Maintain food services areas in a sanitary and safe condition
conduct and coordinate daily inspections of food services areas on assigned shifts
assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting food services
perform cooking duties as needed
assist in cleaning kitchen and dining areas to ensure health standards
promote and support positive customer service through the facility
