Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Knowledge, skills, and experience in making kitchen products like BBQ, hot foods, dim sum, sushi and/or other semi-finished products
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
- Able to communicate in English
- Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is advantageous
- Willing to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings and statutory holidays
- Good team player capable of collaborating and assisting
- Good organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge and skills in Asian kitchen products like BBQ, hot food, dim sum, sushi, and semi-finished products
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous

Job Duties
- Prepare, handle, clean, cut, marinate, cook and produce foods based on orders and production plans
- Store ingredients and products including incoming stocks
- Ensure proper receiving and storage of food
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of own station before and after shifts
- Execute recipes, ingredient specifications, cooking times according to SOPs
- Ensure kitchen meets sanitation standards and food safety requirements
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and adhere to FIFO practices
- Properly store and handle food, maintain temperature records
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment/tools maintenance
- Handle garbage, recyclable materials and disposables timely
- Perform duties as assigned by superiors
