- two or more years of ccs experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- act as liaison between client, national sales, and hotel to coordinate event execution
- prepare detailed event orders, resumes, and diagrams for meetings and banquet functions
- manage group billing processes and hotel room blocks
- ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction during events
- support rebooking efforts and upsell opportunities to increase profitability
- collaborate with vendors to manage event needs effectively
- adapt to changing priorities and solve problems efficiently
