Job Requirements

  • two or more years of ccs experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • act as liaison between client, national sales, and hotel to coordinate event execution
  • prepare detailed event orders, resumes, and diagrams for meetings and banquet functions
  • manage group billing processes and hotel room blocks
  • ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction during events
  • support rebooking efforts and upsell opportunities to increase profitability
  • collaborate with vendors to manage event needs effectively
  • adapt to changing priorities and solve problems efficiently
