Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use basic office software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude and love working with people
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, reception, office assistance, or administrative roles is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone
Support the Business Office Director with various projects
Provide clerical support to all departments within the community
Lead the training of new Concierge team members
Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly
