- four plus years of experience in a food and beverage operational position

Job Duties
- Operating all aspects of concessions operations
- guiding and developing junior salaried management team
- ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
- working with location leadership team to improve guest satisfaction and financial results
- driving engagement within the concessions department
- operating season planning and event preparation to ensure readiness
- ensuring point of sale updates and maintenance
- completing calorific analysis of menu items with culinary team
- implementing and communicating promotions timely
- overseeing loss prevention including Goods Out of Stock procedures
- partnering with human resources to develop team culture
- collaborating with culinary, purchasing, and analytics to innovate foodservice and fan experience
- managing theoretical matrix updates for margin calculations
- ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
- implementing Concessions Production Sheet to minimize wastage
- conducting progressive coaching with team members
- completing financial reporting and action planning
- maintaining concession areas and equipment
- enforcing Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols and signage
- processing alcohol incident logs
- managing team member meal breaks, payroll, and training
- holding pre-shift meetings
- supporting leadership development activities
- leading NPO Group management and communication
- overseeing service standards during events
- ensuring inventory accuracy
- managing product transfers with purchasing and warehouse
- resolving guest complaints
- managing incidents and reporting
- onboarding new management employees
- conducting monthly safety training
