Job Requirements
- Master's degree in social work counseling psychology or related field
- Current and valid license by Arkansas Professional Board as Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Completion of pre-employment screenings including adult maltreatment child maltreatment annual TB screening criminal background check and substance abuse testing
- Ability to engage in constant physical activity involving hearing frequent physical activities including manipulating items with fingers sitting and talking
- Occasional physical activity including standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work counseling psychology or related field
- Current and valid license by Arkansas Professional Board as Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- One year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience in maternal women’s mental health preferred
- Expertise in clinical therapy and evidence-based interventions
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
- Adaptable technological skills for documentation and communication
- Effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to professional development and licensure certification maintenance
Job Duties
- Conduct diagnostic assessments individual therapy family therapy group therapy crisis interventions
- Provide direct and indirect clinical services in compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and treatment team members
- Participate in staff meetings trainings and continuing education to support professional development and quality care
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation accurately and in a timely manner
