Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 8–15 years of professional experience in project management and civil/site design preferably aviation, roadway, or transportation
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Prior experience managing airport or transportation projects preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Job Duties
- Manage all phases of airfield and landside civil design projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Oversee design of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated infrastructure
- Serve as primary client point of contact for airports and partner firms
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables
- Develop proposals, manage subconsultants, and lead progress meetings
- Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and state regulations
- Support business development efforts and proposal pursuits across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets
