Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of catering and events experience within a hotel setting
  • proven ability to handle events up to 1,000 attendees
  • strong communication skills
  • flexible with work schedule including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of Delphi or similar system
  • ability to build long-term client relationships
  • capable of managing sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in catering and events within a hotel setting
  • proven ability to manage event sales lifecycle
  • experience working with non-profit organizations
  • strong sales and negotiation skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with Delphi or similar property sales management systems
  • ability to manage large-scale events

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle from client pitches to event execution
  • build and maintain relationships with clients, especially non-profit organizations
  • manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations
  • manage and execute events for up to 1,000 attendees
  • maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • adapt schedule to accommodate dynamic business needs including evenings and weekends
