Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • 6 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area preferred
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration or marketing or hotel and restaurant management preferred
  • ability to negotiate and close contracts
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficient in managing multiple accounts
  • ability to work full time in miami beach florida
  • willing to participate in site inspections and client events

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in sales and marketing or guest services or front desk
  • 6 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration or marketing or hotel and restaurant management or related major
  • 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • proven negotiation and closing skills
  • strong understanding of market trends and competitors
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • proactively solicit and manage large group and catering sales opportunities
  • develop and maintain long-term group customer relationships
  • create and implement effective catering sales plans
  • negotiate contracts and close deals based on market conditions
  • execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maximize customer satisfaction
  • maintain accurate customer, account and opportunity data
