Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
- proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficient in event management software and CRM systems
- knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning
- exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships

Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
- identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
- build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
- collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
- coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
- prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
- stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
