Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
  • proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficient in event management software and CRM systems
  • knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning
  • exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
  • identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
  • build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
  • collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
  • coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
  • prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
  • stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
  • provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
