Job Requirements

  • minimum two years hospitality related experience at manager level
  • knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • capability to negotiate and influence
  • problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to maintaining regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • proven ability to manage complex events and client relationships

Job Duties

  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • timely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations and deliver on those expectations
  • demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes
  • resolve conflicts and negotiate while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solution
  • ensure high-quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction, guidance, feedback, and coaching when needed
  • participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • maintain regular attendance
