Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 10 years flight operations experience including Pilot-in-Command and international experience
- Minimum of 5000 hours total flight time including 2500 hours multi-engine flight time and 1000 hours jet flight time
- Federal Aviation Administration Airline Transport Pilot license with multi-engine, instrument, and Gulfstream V type ratings
- Possession of a 1st Class Medical license
- Federal Communications Commission license
- Valid US passport

Job Duties
- Operate aircraft in accordance with the approved AFM, FAR, and company Flight Operations Manual
- Perform the duties of Pilot-in-Command on company assigned domestic and international flights with full authority and responsibility for flight safety
- Supervise all crew members assigned to flight, ensuring completion of preflight inspections and that all required equipment, paperwork, and supplies are onboard
- Obtain complete weather briefings for departure, en-route, destination, and alternate airports
- Review aircraft performance and calculate weight and balance to ensure flights are within operating limits
- Report cancellations or diversions of flight to dispatcher, Chief Pilot, and Director of Aviation
- Coordinate with lead passengers concerning passenger arrangements
- Utilize cockpit flows and checklists and complete all required trip paperwork
- Ensure thorough post-flight inspections following each flight
- Complete customs and general declaration forms as required and maintain custody and control of passengers prior to customs and immigration clearance
- Exercise authority to refuse transportation of any person or object posing safety risks
- Perform additional duties such as Training Officer, Safety Officer, and International Captain as assigned
