Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 10 years of flight operations experience including Pilot-in-Command and international experience
  • Minimum 5000 hours of total flight time including 2500 hours of multi-engine flight time and 1000 hours of jet flight time
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot license with multi-engine, instrument, and Gulfstream V type ratings
  • 1st Class Medical license
  • Federal Communications Commission license
  • Valid US passport

Job Duties

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with the approved AFM, FAR, and company Flight Operations Manual
  • Perform duties of Pilot-in-Command on company assigned domestic and international flights
  • Supervise all crew members assigned to flight
  • Ensure completion of preflight inspection and confirm all required equipment, paperwork, and supplies are onboard
  • Obtain complete weather briefing for departure, en-route, destination, and alternate airports
  • Review aircraft performance and calculate weight and balance to ensure flight within operating limits
  • Report cancellation or diversion of flight to dispatcher and Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation
  • Coordinate with lead passenger concerning passenger arrangements
  • Utilize cockpit flows and checklists and complete all required trip paperwork
  • Ensure thorough post-flight inspection following each flight
  • Complete customs and general declaration forms as required and maintain custody and control of passengers prior to customs and/or immigrations clearance
  • Possess authority to refuse transportation of any person or object posing safety risks
  • Perform additional Training Officer, Safety Officer, and/or International Captain duties as assigned
