Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- minimum 10 years of flight operations experience including Pilot-in-Command and international experience
- minimum 5000 hours total flight time including 2500 hours multi-engine and 1000 hours jet flight time
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot license with multi-engine, instrument, and Gulfstream V type ratings
- first-class medical license
- Federal Communications Commission license
- valid US passport

Job Duties
- operate aircraft in accordance with approved AFM, FAR, and company Flight Operations Manual
- perform duties of Pilot-in-Command on domestic and international flights
- supervise all crew members assigned to flight
- ensure completion of preflight inspection and confirm required equipment, paperwork, and supplies are onboard
- obtain comprehensive weather briefings for all flight phases
- review aircraft performance and calculate weight and balance for safe operation
- report flight cancellations or diversions to dispatcher and company leadership
- coordinate with lead passenger concerning arrangements
- utilize cockpit flows and checklists
- complete all required trip paperwork
- ensure thorough post-flight inspections
- complete customs and declaration forms and maintain control of passengers
- refuse transportation of persons or objects posing safety risks
- undertake additional duties such as Training Officer, Safety Officer, and International Captain as assigned
