Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years executive chef experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience in budget management and cost control
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work collaboratively in a senior living environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years executive chef experience
- fine dining experience preferred
- knowledge of a la carte and catering trends
- expertise in food production, sanitation, and presentation
- proficiency with PC software and POS systems
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to foster team development and accountability
Job Duties
- Lead and develop culinary teams across multiple venues
- uphold food quality, safety, and presentation standards
- collaborate with Food and Beverage leadership to enhance dining experiences
- manage budgets and minimize waste
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement
- engage with residents to build dining relationships
