Job Requirements

  • Four plus years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent
  • Willingness to work in hybrid schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in early career talent, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition within financial services
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale events with cost efficiency
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills in complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization abilities
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to provide recommendations on event strategies
  • Familiarity with Cvent or other event management systems
  • Experience mitigating risk in vendor management lifecycle

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of analyst and associate induction weeks
  • Build innovative and comprehensive events strategy
  • Manage planning for large multi-day meetings and summits
  • Partner with Meetings and Events team for event execution
  • Act as primary point of contact for induction queries
  • Collaborate with recruiting, program management, and marketing teams for onboarding experiences
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance event experiences
