Job Requirements
- Four plus years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience

Job Qualifications
- Experience in early career talent, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition within financial services
- Proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale events with cost efficiency
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills in complex organizations
- Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization abilities
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to provide recommendations on event strategies
- Familiarity with Cvent or other event management systems
- Experience mitigating risk in vendor management lifecycle
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of analyst and associate induction weeks
- Build innovative and comprehensive events strategy
- Manage planning for large multi-day meetings and summits
- Partner with Meetings and Events team for event execution
- Act as primary point of contact for induction queries
- Collaborate with recruiting, program management, and marketing teams for onboarding experiences
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance event experiences
