Job Duties
- Supervising and participating in sweeping, washing, polishing, and vacuuming floors of various types
- caring for light fixtures, shades, reflectors, lenses, prismatic glass, and other building furnishings and equipment
- cleaning, packing, and moving books
- moving furniture and equipment
- having responsibility for the basic operation and care of the HVAC and electrical systems
- supervising and participating in the care and maintenance of the grounds including cutting grass, planting grass and flower seeds, trimming shrubbery, shoveling snow, and clearing ice
- performing related duties as required
