Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 35+ hours per week
  • food manager certificate
  • minimum of one (1) year experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
  • able to work day and night shifts
  • good attendance record
  • available to work overtime and weekends
  • ability to maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene
  • strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • able to maintain calm demeanor during high pressure situations
  • basic knowledge of equipment maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 35+ hours per week
  • food manager certificate
  • minimum of one (1) year experience in fast food or other related food operations at leadership level position or alternatively pursuing/obtained a degree in Hotel | Restaurant Management
  • relentlessly resourceful with strong ownership qualities
  • ability to evaluate opposing perspectives and revise views accordingly
  • selfless with a focus on organizational success
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of drink configurations and management of business operations
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take essential ownership for the business performance of their store location
  • schedule and supervise team members as well as ensuring all members are properly trained according to Tea Top recipes and responsibilities
  • participate in management and personnel meetings
  • check and maintain inventory levels and replenishment
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • ability to multitask and problem solve challenging situations that may arise
  • good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
  • maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating as normal
  • available to work on weekends and holidays
  • maintain maintenance schedule of equipment and ensure all equipment is working properly
  • run store operations with little to no assistance
