Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a minimum of 35+ hours per week
- food manager certificate
- minimum of one (1) year experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
- able to work day and night shifts
- good attendance record
- available to work overtime and weekends
- ability to maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- able to maintain calm demeanor during high pressure situations
- basic knowledge of equipment maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 35+ hours per week
- food manager certificate
- minimum of one (1) year experience in fast food or other related food operations at leadership level position or alternatively pursuing/obtained a degree in Hotel | Restaurant Management
- relentlessly resourceful with strong ownership qualities
- ability to evaluate opposing perspectives and revise views accordingly
- selfless with a focus on organizational success
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of drink configurations and management of business operations
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take essential ownership for the business performance of their store location
- schedule and supervise team members as well as ensuring all members are properly trained according to Tea Top recipes and responsibilities
- participate in management and personnel meetings
- check and maintain inventory levels and replenishment
- maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- ability to multitask and problem solve challenging situations that may arise
- good attendance and available to work overtime when needed
- maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating as normal
- available to work on weekends and holidays
- maintain maintenance schedule of equipment and ensure all equipment is working properly
- run store operations with little to no assistance
