Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a barista or in a related customer-facing role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as bending and lifting
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with technology including registers, computers, and tablets
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of café products and beverage preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by greeting customers cheerfully and assisting with product selections
- Support and mentor new baristas by providing training and guidance on café operations and customer service
- Efficiently operate registers, handle orders accurately, and maintain quick service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counter areas, bake cases, and seating spaces
- Utilize merchandising skills to keep the café visually appealing and ensure product displays are stocked and attractive
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items following established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory, assist with receiving deliveries, and follow FIFO practices to ensure product freshness
