Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years experience as a barista
demonstrated leadership abilities
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail
physical ability to stand for long periods
passion for coffee and customer service

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a barista, preferably in a senior or lead role
strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and cafe equipment
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to mentor and guide a team
customer service orientation
familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service

Job Duties

delivering exceptional customer service
mentoring and training junior baristas
preparing high-quality coffee and cafe beverages
maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe
supporting the cluster structure through collaborative initiatives
modeling best practices in coffee preparation and customer engagement
assisting in stock management and inventory control
