- previous experience as a barista or in customer service
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- create a hospitable environment for customers
- provide mentorship and training to new baristas
- use varied technology including registers and tablets efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of café and bake case
- run registers effectively and serve customers quickly
- receive and unpack deliveries following FIFO practices
- make drinks and prepare food using approved recipes
- support bookfloor team when needed
- adhere to loss prevention procedures and use de-escalation techniques
