Job Qualifications

- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service with a cheerful and positive attitude
- Support and mentor new baristas to enhance team skills
- Operate registers and technology efficiently and troubleshoot routine issues
- Maintain cafe cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory and follow First In First Out (FIFO) practices
- Prepare beverages and food items using approved recipes
- Promote cafe products and make personalized recommendations to customers
