Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage related area
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management
- 2 years experience in culinary or food and beverage
- ability to manage and lead kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work full time
- willingness to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of banquet food preparation staff
- utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence team members
- manages all day-to-day banquet kitchen operations
- plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for events
- ensures compliance with food handling and safety standards
- develops banquet, seasonal, and specialty menus
- provides exceptional customer service and ensures guest satisfaction
