Job Requirements
- One year banquet attendant or server experience
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license where applicable

- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events
- Manage guest interactions to guarantee satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with food and beverage service regulations
