Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
  • update records, files, and reservations
  • answer guest inquiries professionally
  • transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
  • operate office equipment other than computers
  • prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing and other software
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail with proper distribution
  • maintain filing and organization systems for records and reports
  • compile, copy, sort, and file office activity records
  • use point of sale systems as needed
  • follow company policies and procedures strictly
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak professionally and use telephone etiquette
  • develop positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • respond appropriately to employee concerns
