Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
- update records, files, and reservations
- answer guest inquiries professionally
- transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
- operate office equipment other than computers
- prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing and other software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail with proper distribution
- maintain filing and organization systems for records and reports
- compile, copy, sort, and file office activity records
- use point of sale systems as needed
- follow company policies and procedures strictly
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
