- High school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of related baking experience
- ability to work varying shifts and open availability preferred
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- capability to follow recipes and production guidelines
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- commitment to food safety practices

Job Duties
- Coordinate and or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items products menu
- ensure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry dessert within budgetary guidelines
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform additional duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
