- minimum 3 years of baking experience in a commercial or institutional setting
- ability to work morning shifts with varying days

Job Duties
- Coordinate and or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items products menu
- insure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned by management based on business necessities and client requirements
