Job Requirements
- Full-time availability with varying shifts and open availability preferred
- at least 3 years of relevant baking experience
- ability to supervise bakery production and manage inventory
- strong customer service skills
- punctual and reliable attendance
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

- minimum 3 years of related work experience
Job Duties
- Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
- insure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry/dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties that may be assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
