Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of professional baking experience
  • availability for morning shifts on varying days
  • ability to follow food safety standards
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • punctual and dependable
  • willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
  • participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
  • insure portion and inventory control
  • produce pastry/dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • reduce food waste through sustainable practices
  • maintain a safe and healthy working environment
