Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of professional baking experience
- availability for morning shifts on varying days
- ability to follow food safety standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- punctual and dependable
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
- insure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry/dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- reduce food waste through sustainable practices
- maintain a safe and healthy working environment
