- minimum 3 years of related baking experience
- ability to work weekdays including morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items, products, menu
- insure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry/dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines
- attend work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties that may be assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
