Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of bakery experience
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work varying shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery supplies
- Commitment to teamwork and reducing food waste
Job Qualifications
- 3 or more years of related work experience
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and or supervise daily production of baked goods
- Participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items products menu
- Insure portion and inventory control
- Produce pastry dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
