Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4-7 years of professional consulting or operational experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Proven consulting experience with recognized firms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analytics and visualization
- Project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective client engagement capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements for aerospace and defense work
- Previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- Depth in aerospace, defense or aviation is a plus
- Recent project leadership experience
- Strong written, oral and analytical skills
- Sharp data analytics skills including data science, business intelligence and data visualization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Synthesizing meaningful insights from data, facts and discussions with clients
- Developing findings and making strategic recommendations
- Working with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- Conducting hands-on consulting projects in areas such as direct and indirect cost transparency, margin management, pricing, product rationalization
- Improving sales and marketing effectiveness, processes and incentives
- Enhancing sales and operations planning
- Optimizing sourcing and global supply chain
- Driving operations management and productivity improvements
- Assessing organizational structure and effectiveness
- Leading process improvement initiatives
- Reducing SG&A costs
- Managing working capital and cash flow
- Collaborating with ADAS leadership on client engagement delivery
