Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Be the team member that can/will do whatever it takes to effectively remove blockers, move the program forward, and deliver value for customers and the business
  • Develop and maintain delivery execution plans, track progress against timelines and risks to delivery, and ensure seamless coordination with product, tech, design, marketing teams
  • Develop and maintain dependency maps and coordinate timelines with dependent teams independently
  • Maintain constant stakeholder engagement to set expectations, solve problems, remove blockers, and lead delivery preparation meetings including developing launch and Go/No-Go materials
  • Create and distribute systematized status reporting on delivery progress to leadership and provide ad-hoc updates as needed
  • Create structure for defining, executing, and maintaining system documentation to assist onboarding and contribution models
  • Track and champion well-managed processes for technical efforts and manage documentation for partners including legal, risk, and compliance
  • Work hands-on with product and tech teams to execute test scenarios, own testing documentation, and ensure timely completion ahead of launches
