Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of project management, program management, or client-facing consulting experience
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Quantitative and systems thinking approach to problem solving
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse teams
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Self-starter with ability to create repeatable processes
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Strong communicator capable of informing stakeholders up to VP level
  • Comfortable with technology and technical discussions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of project management, program management, or client-facing consulting experience
  • Experience centralizing information and creating structured delivery plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity
  • Technical background in scalable platforms or services preferred
  • Experience creating structured presentations and documentation
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing project management tools and techniques
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience in horizontal delivery functions preferred

Job Duties

  • Be the team member that can/will do whatever it takes to effectively remove blockers, move the program forward, and deliver value for customers and the business
  • Develop and maintain delivery execution plans
  • Track progress against timelines, risks to delivery
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies independently across tech, product, design, marketing, and partners
  • Maintain constant stakeholder management by setting expectations, solving issues, and leading delivery preparation meetings
  • Create and distribute systemized status reporting on delivery progress and provide ad-hoc updates as needed
  • Create and maintain structure for documentation including onboarding, contribution models, and launch plans
  • Track and champion well-managed processes across tech efforts and partner documentation
  • Execute test scenarios with product and tech teams and own testing documentation to ensure completion ahead of launches
