Job Requirements

  • Experience as a high-volume kitchen manager or senior sous chef
  • Ability to follow CNP and regulatory sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in BOH systems such as Excel and Word
  • Culinary certification or degree in restaurant management is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead daily BOH operations including prep, line checks, sanitation, and recipe execution
  • Partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to manage ordering, COGS, inventory, and budgets
  • Train, coach, and develop BOH team members through 1:1s, pre-shifts, and recognition programs
  • Oversee schedules, staffing needs, and labor management to keep service flowing
  • Support catering and event execution with the same energy and precision as daily service
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, compliance checks, and operational recaps
  • Champion Chicken N Pickle's culture by fostering teamwork, inclusion, and recognition
