Job Requirements

- 1 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area
- OR master's degree in finance and accounting or related major

Job Duties
- Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities
- Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans
- Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales
- Assists in the creation of the annual operating budget for the property
- Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes
- Communicates financial concepts clearly to stakeholders and drives desired behaviors
- Leads and influences the finance and accounting team by providing clear accountability and support
