- Ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse culinary team
- Expertise in inventory and food cost management
- Strong commitment to quality and consistency
- Proficiency with digital culinary and operational systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
- Minimum of five years management experience in a culinary leadership role
- At least three years of functional culinary experience
- Proven track record in leading diverse culinary teams and programs
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operational systems
- Experience in farm-to-table cooking and sustainable sourcing
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
Job Duties
- Lead culinary strategy from seasonal ingredient sourcing to managing inventory and food costs
- Ensure all dishes meet elite quality standards and maintain recipe consistency
- Innovate continuously by adopting advanced culinary technologies and staying current with global food trends
- Mentor and motivate a diverse team including Executive Chefs and culinary staff to master various ethnic and regional cuisines
- Manage digital inventory and operational systems to uphold high standards of food safety and workplace sanitation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a hospitality experience that complements the corporate culture
- Oversee high-end catering and micro-kitchen operations across the corporate campus to deliver exceptional service
