Job Duties
- Lead culinary strategy to develop and execute innovative programs that elevate the dining experience across multiple locations
- Inspire and mentor culinary teams to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
- Design seasonal, trend-forward menus utilizing fresh, local ingredients and diverse cooking styles
- Oversee kitchen operations including ordering, inventory management, food safety compliance, and quality control
- Champion sustainable sourcing and environmentally conscious food preparation practices
- Collaborate with clients to tailor culinary offerings to their unique needs and preferences
