Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of functional culinary leadership experience
  • Proven experience in multi-site culinary leadership
  • Strong financial management skills including plate costing and inventory oversight
  • Expertise in menu development, food safety, and sustainability standards
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of management experience
  • Minimum three years of functional culinary leadership experience
  • Proven multi-site culinary leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen including plate costing and P&L management
  • Expertise in menu development, food safety, and sustainability
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and travel regularly
  • Passion for culinary innovation and elevating dining experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary operations at three primary sites
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, portioning, inventory, and food safety standards
  • Develop seasonal catering menus and execute high-profile events
  • Lead culinary audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate on enterprise-wide culinary performance and best practices
  • Support staffing, training, and onboarding of new culinary hires
  • Lead culinary strategy to set and enforce brand standards
  • Mentor and develop culinary teams
  • Manage menu development, plate costing, inventory, recipe building, and compliance
  • Serve as primary culinary contact for the client
  • Champion sustainability, food safety, and culinary storytelling
  • Manage marketing and promotional calendars for the Modern Recipe Retail Program
