Job Requirements

  • Experience within a hotel or resort environment
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management desired
  • 10+ years of related and progressive sales experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
  • strong customer service skills
  • results driven
  • ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management desired
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in similar organizations
  • 5+ years in leadership roles within hotel or resort environments
  • solid knowledge of hotel service standards and guest relations
  • proven ability to lead and mentor staff
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • strategic problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee sales functions for multiple resort properties
  • create and maintain a culture of leadership and dynamic selling skills
  • direct daily sales department operations to achieve goals
  • define and refine sales processes and systems
  • foster innovation and team member growth through training and mentorship
  • manage customer relationships to surpass expectations
  • coordinate and lead staff in a high-volume environment
