Job Requirements
- Experience within a hotel or resort environment
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management desired
- 10+ years of related and progressive sales experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
- strong customer service skills

- ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Oversee sales functions for multiple resort properties
- create and maintain a culture of leadership and dynamic selling skills
- direct daily sales department operations to achieve goals
- define and refine sales processes and systems

- manage customer relationships to surpass expectations
- coordinate and lead staff in a high-volume environment
