Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • ability to travel up to 20%
  • proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • experience with CRM systems
  • 2+ years in sales, marketing, or related field
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • independent and self-starting work ethic
  • ability to adapt to change
  • knowledge of Foodservice channels preferred
  • experience using AI business tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales, category, marketing, or related functions
  • proficient business and financial acumen
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM systems
  • intermediate knowledge of AI business tools
  • intermediate knowledge of Foodservice channels preferred

Job Duties

  • Supports Go-To-Market strategy to achieve annual operating plan and sales objectives
  • participates or leads projects as needed
  • understands key business drivers to identify growth opportunities
  • leverages customer, category, and market insights for P&L input
  • sets and revises forecasts to ensure operational excellence
  • gathers and analyzes data to inform forecasts considering risk and opportunity
  • identifies and executes process improvements
  • works directly with customers and brokers
