Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Minimum associate degree or equivalent
  • At least six years of related administrative experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in calendar and email management

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary training
  • Minimum six years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience supporting multiple executive leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Technically savvy with proficiency in common office tools

Job Duties

  • Manage complex executive calendars and schedules across global teams
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and event logistics
  • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations and process related expenses
  • Support communication flow and documentation, including meeting notes and action items
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants to provide backup support
  • Assist in onboarding and exit procedures for personnel
