Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum associate degree or equivalent
- At least six years of related administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in calendar and email management
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary training
- Minimum six years of relevant administrative experience
- Experience supporting multiple executive leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Technically savvy with proficiency in common office tools
Job Duties
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedules across global teams
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and event logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations and process related expenses
- Support communication flow and documentation, including meeting notes and action items
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants to provide backup support
- Assist in onboarding and exit procedures for personnel
