Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • four years of related work experience in the same job family at the next lower level or associate's degree with related work experience or bachelor's degree with little or no work experience
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in administrative and financial software
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • six years of related work experience or equivalent education
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with Workday, Concur, Salesforce, Cvent, 25 Live, and other administrative software
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • experience in financial transaction management
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • prior exposure to academic or medical environments
  • event planning experience
  • capability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties

  • manage YC&E office and provide front-of-house customer service support
  • coordinate required office services with various university departments
  • assist finance team with Workday input and support day-to-day transactions
  • provide coordination and onsite support at YC&E events
  • coordinate travel for YC&E staff and clients
  • support oversight and coordination of departmental interns
  • utilize Salesforce, Cvent, When I Work, Trello, and Microsoft Office database systems
