Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years work experience in office administration
  • valid driver’s license and ability to obtain defensive driving certification within six months of hire
  • pass a background check
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state
  • ability to work overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage schedules for elections leadership
  • coordinate meetings and organize travel logistics
  • respond promptly to constituent inquiries
  • schedule Bureau events and maintain election-related records
  • coordinate staff training and recommend employee development opportunities
  • manage office supplies and facilitate interdepartmental coordination
  • assist in planning, analyzing, and providing recommendations to leadership on accountability and statutory deadlines
