Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years work experience in office administration
- valid driver’s license and ability to obtain defensive driving certification within six months of hire
- pass a background check
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state
- ability to work overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Manage schedules for elections leadership
- coordinate meetings and organize travel logistics
- respond promptly to constituent inquiries
- schedule Bureau events and maintain election-related records
- coordinate staff training and recommend employee development opportunities
- manage office supplies and facilitate interdepartmental coordination
- assist in planning, analyzing, and providing recommendations to leadership on accountability and statutory deadlines
