Job Requirements
- Ability to read write add subtract and follow oral and/or basic written instructions
- Six months of related experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license and compliance with City of Houston driving policy
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift items weighing 30 to 80 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Six months of related experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate power hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and maintenance work
Job Duties
- Provide basic maintenance and repair to structures facilities and equipment
- Perform housekeeping activities fabrication and installations
- Operate power hand tools equipment shovels and rake asphalt
- Perform painting roofing carpentry and plumbing activities
- Mix and prepare cement
- Service and clean vehicles routinely
- Monitor inventory control and perform miscellaneous assignments
