Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in last three years
  • pass and maintain clean background check
  • able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for long periods
  • comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • able to collaborate effectively with team
  • use personal cell phone for work-related communications as needed

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and process payments accurately
  • track money and paperwork responsibly
  • complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • label keys and maintain records of parked vehicles
  • check lot regularly for security and compliance
  • keep parking area clean and presentable
  • assist customers with payments and parking questions
  • communicate effectively with team using radios
  • arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
  • perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
