Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Must pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use a personal cell phone for work-related communications as needed

Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
- Complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue
- Label keys and record vehicle details
- Check the lot regularly and report unsafe or suspicious activity
- Keep the parking area clean and assist with light janitorial tasks
- Assist guests with payments and parking questions
- Use radios to communicate with team and support a positive work environment
- Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance
- Perform other tasks as needed including attending training and adapting to scheduling needs
